Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is located in a very convenient spot just behind Paseo de la Reforma, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are super nice and have everything you need; however, they were a bit smaller than we expected. The service was very friendly overall, but there were some issues with competence. The dining options had lots of variety, but some felt the selection was limited. The facilities were good and worth the money.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms had a strong unpleasant odor, were small, and some had issues like a malfunctioning AC or a moldy smell. On the bright side, the service was efficient, especially in dealing with arranging services like driver communication, though there were some hiccups at check-in. The location was convenient for city exploration and tours, with some accessibility challenges. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel is conveniently located near Reforma Avenue, more towards the Historic Center, making it easy to reach main attractions with public transport. The rooms, although lacking windows, are average in size and have some equipment issues. The service can be improved due to occasional miscommunications, but the food options are diverse and satisfying. Overall, for the low price, it offers a good deal in Puerto Escondido.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool and swimming pool were super nice, offering everything you need to make your stay comfortable. However, the room was too hot with no air conditioning, and it only had space for hardly 1 bed.
The hotel had a great view of the Revolution Monument but the room was smaller than expected and noisy due to nearby construction. The service was friendly overall but a little pushy at times. The location was very convenient for accessing key tourist spots. The dining experience was good with convenient payment options, though some delays were experienced. The facilities were well-maintained.
